If you are a property manager you can log into eTSR3 using the same e-mail address and password that you have been using. If you are a tenant you can still log in using your e-mail address. If you are an engineer, you will find that we have tailored more of the system to your needs. You should be able to log in using your e-mail address and a blank password. The system will then prompt you to create a password.
